Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking professional Architect/Engineer (AE) and healthcare planning services to renovate approximately 10,000 square feet of vacated clinical lab space into operating rooms with support spaces at the Central Virginia VA Health Care System, Richmond VA Medical Center. The project requires preparation of existing conditions plan and schematic design, including site investigation for various aspects such as civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical. The contractor shall have 280 days from the Notice to Proceed to complete all work associated with the Scope of Work. The project is anticipated to be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
