Managed Network Services (MNS)

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) is seeking a vendor for Managed Network Services (MNS) to be provided to eligible DIR Customers through DIR's Shared Technology Services (STS) program. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing MNS solutions and related service offerings. The RFO includes nine attachments, including the RFO document, Attachment A, Attachment B, Attachment C, Attachment D, Attachment E, Attachment F, Attachment H, and a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with five attachments.
