Seattle Colleges is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a new prefabricated abrasive‑blasting booth for the Finishing Trades Institute Northwest, install it, and remove the existing booth. The contract includes delivery, installation, operator training, a one‑year warranty, and all necessary documentation, with a maximum contract value of $225,000. The new booth must meet detailed safety, ventilation, and mechanical specifications and be compatible with the campus’s existing 75 HP compressor system. The incumbent will also be responsible for disposing of or recycling the old booth and related components.
• Supply and deliver a fully assembled blast booth meeting specified dimensions, wall construction, lighting, power, and air‑handling requirements.
• Remove, transport, and legally dispose or recycle the existing booth, including all electrical, lighting, and dust‑collection components.
• Provide on‑site installation supervision, operator training, and a minimum one‑year warranty, plus post‑warranty maintenance information.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State safety codes and all applicable federal, state, and local disposal regulations.
