Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial deep cleaning services at Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph Air Force Base, Building 901. The contractor will be responsible for providing a detailed technical plan, including the approach, methodology, and proposed solution to satisfy the requirements included in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor must also provide information about their manning mix and qualifications, as well as safety measures to mitigate and prevent damage while cleaning. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government, based on technical acceptability and price.

• The business size standard is $22.0M.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all the requirements specified in the solicitation.
