Mortuary Support Services Germany (USARMEA) U.S. Army Regional Mortuary for Europe & Africa

The U.S. Army Regional Mortuary for Europe and Africa (USARMEA) is seeking sources to provide mortuary support services, including transportation of human remains, administrative services, and other related tasks. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services. The contract will have a base period of 12 months and four option years. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and host nation requirements. • The contractor will provide mortuary services, including transportation of human remains, to support USARMEA operations. • The contractor will perform administrative tasks, such as obtaining documentation and coordinating with host nation authorities. • The contractor will provide suitable containers and equipment for the transportation of human remains. • The contractor will ensure that all personnel performing work under the contract receive training on the proper handling of human remains and have the appropriate training and licensure as required by host nation law. • The contractor will comply with all security requirements, including background checks and installation access control. • The contractor will provide a quality control plan and perform quality control checks to ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements.
