Resident Engineer/Subject Matter Experts (RE/SMEs) in support of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Voice Services Support of Unified Capabilities (UC).

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for Resident Engineer/Subject Matter Experts (RE/SMEs) to support DISA Voice Services Support of Unified Capabilities (UC). The required services include providing direct, on-site resources for all technical aspects related to Ribbon products and their operational integration with other contractor products in the network. The contractor shall provide engineering support services to maintain the Ribbon hardware and software at DISA. The key areas of expertise required include: • Providing dedicated, on-site engineering resources to a government or enterprise team for a live Ribbon network • Tier 2/ Tier 3 troubleshooting for the operational Ribbon platform • Ensuring the operational SSBB remains secure in compliance with DISA and United States Cyber Command directives • Continuously monitoring the health and performance of the live SSBB and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and future capacity planning • Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to the Government EVS team to enhance their ability to operate, maintain, and provision the Ribbon platform self-sufficiently.
