Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide integrated multiomics profiling services. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including nuclei isolation and sample QC, 10X Genomics Chromium Multiome, and meta-transcriptome processing. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 16, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items listed in the statement of work.
• The contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform the required services and provide a sound and compliant approach.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
• The contractor must provide delivery of all items by June 30, 2027, to the specified address.
