Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is seeking a contractor to provide confidential assessment, counseling, and referral services, supervisory training, and mental health education for approximately 1200 employees. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance not to exceed 5 years. The estimated effective date is August 1, 2026.
• The contractor must provide monthly and yearly pricing totals.
• The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov as a Small Business under NAICS code 624190.
• The basis of award will be the lowest priced offeror.
• The contractor must acknowledge all amendments as part of their quote submission.
