Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to replace the existing HVAC system in Building #1108 at the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument Ranger District Office in Amboy, WA. The current system is a 16-year-old ducted Trane heat pump, and the replacement system must operate efficiently below 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials, removing and disposing of the existing system, and performing all necessary electrical connections. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the period of performance is expected to be from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
• The replacement HVAC system must be a 3-phase power complete heat pump system.
• The system must operate efficiently below 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
• The contractor must provide all labor and materials.
• The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system.
• The contract includes all electrical connections and work.
