Audio Visual Support

Rowan County is seeking a vendor to provide Audio Visual (AV) Support for all Rowan County Buildings as needed. The vendor must be able to service both Extron and Crestron Electronics, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. The vendor must also be able to manage software updates and upgrades to AV Systems and provide after-hours assistance. The contract term will be for one year and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms. • The vendor must be located within a one-hour service radius to ensure expeditious resolutions to service calls. • The vendor must have experience with Extron systems and be capable of supporting legacy Crestron infrastructure during the transition to standardized Extron platforms. • The vendor must be able to provide materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to service AV equipment. • The vendor must adhere to all permitting requirements and provide written, numbered quotes for review prior to completing any work. • The vendor must provide an annual action plan on new technologies and budgetary implementation planning information for Countywide Audio-Visual technologies.
