Description
Manchester Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service photography for Pre‑K through Grade 8 across eleven school sites, including student portraits, staff photos, classroom/group images, ID‑card photography, and production of soft‑cover yearbooks (40‑60 pages) for each school (excluding Illing Middle School and the Preschool). The vendor must supply pre‑printed sales flyers, offer at least three portrait packages (one low‑income option), handle pre‑pay ordering, deliver electronic images within 10 business days, and manage a make‑up day after the October 31, 2019 distribution deadline. Additional requirements include free ID cards compatible with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, data‑security safeguards, insurance certificates, and an affirmative‑action statement. The contract is for one year with the possibility of two annual renewals.
