Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking quotations for Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfitting and Decommissioning services. The contract will be for a period of 6 months, from 08/17/2026 to 02/28/2027. The contractor will be required to provide upfits and decommissions for 3 Law Enforcement vehicles. The solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, and all offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a complete quote package, including a Standard Form 1449, a Schedule of Items, and a Past Performance Questionnaire.
• The contractor must have an active registration in SAM and ensure their Annual Representations and Certifications are updated and current.
• The contractor must comply with all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements.
