12 VENDING MACHINE SERVICE REPAIRS BEP

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking vendors to provide vending machine service repairs and preventative maintenance services for Commonwealth-owned vending machines. The contract will be for a term of 2 years, with the option to extend for up to 3 additional 1-year terms. Vendors will be required to provide all-inclusive service call rates, and will be reimbursed for parts and labor. The contract will be awarded to all responsible and responsive bidders. • The vendor will be responsible for providing all facilities, labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, insurance, and necessary equipment to manage and conduct provision of services under this contract. • The vendor will be required to provide preventative maintenance services, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of vending machines. • The vendor will be required to provide repair services, including replacement of worn parts and labor to perform vending machine repairs. • The vendor will be responsible for maintaining and submitting maintenance reports, including logs of replacements, repairs, and consumables. • The vendor will be required to adhere to all security requirements, safety policies, and parking requirements of the DLI.
