Cleveland Metroparks is seeking qualified vendors to supply a range of irrigation‑system components—including HDPE pipe, fittings, and various valves—for Phase 1 of the irrigation upgrade at Shawnee Hills Golf Course. Bidders must submit a complete cost sheet, product data sheets, and any alternate‑product documentation by the September 9, 2026 deadline. Deliveries are FOB Destination to the golf course, with payment terms Net 45 days after invoice. The award will be based on best value, not solely on lowest price, and may be split among multiple vendors. • Supply of HDPE pipe (various diameters, IPS 2"‑3") and associated fittings (elbows, saddles, reducers, tees, couplings). • Supply of stainless‑steel and other valves (gate, wedge, air‑release, etc.) and related accessories. • Quantities are estimated; actual usage may vary, and the agency may order as few as one item. • All bids must be firm for 60 days; no withdrawals permitted within that period. • Required documentation: completed bid form, cost sheet, personal‑property‑tax affidavit, qualifications statement, and any alternate‑product submittals. • Delivery must be coordinated with Metroparks; weekend/holiday deliveries prohibited unless approved.
