RFP- Contract Administrator for USDA U.S. Forest Service Cooperative Agreement Project

Walker County is seeking a qualified individual to provide contract administration services for a USDA U.S. Forest Service Cooperative Agreement Project. The contract administrator will be responsible for federal agreement administration, document control and agreement oversight, interagency and contract coordination, and compliance and closeout administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional administration/management and federal agreement administration. Key responsibilities include serving as the County's authorized representative, ensuring compliance with agreement terms and conditions, and maintaining centralized and organized agreement files. • Federal Agreement Administration • Document Control & Agreement Oversight • Interagency and Contract Coordination • Compliance and Closeout Administration The contract is expected to start on the date of award and last for approximately 24 months, with an expected completion date of July 2028.
