The West Virginia Department of Transportation (Division of Highways) is issuing an open‑end contract for the supply of hazard warning lights to be used in traffic engineering applications across the state. Vendors must submit price quotes for three product types: Type A/C hybrid warning lights (200 units), Detachable Head Type B warning lights (300 units), and Solar Assist Type B warning lights (200 units). Bids must be submitted by 10:30 a.m. ET on 21 Oct 2026 via OASIS upload, hand delivery, mail, or fax; email bids are not accepted. Vendors must be registered with the WV State Purchasing Division and be in compliance with state tax, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance requirements.
