Disability Determination and Disability Appeal Services

The Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS) is seeking a qualified organization to provide Disability Determination and Disability Appeal Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing disability retirement applications, determining eligibility, and making recommendations for approval or denial. The vendor will also be required to provide support for appeals and administrative hearings. The contract term is for 5 years, with an option to extend for up to 3 years. The vendor must be authorized to do business in Mississippi and meet certain minimum qualifications, including having a network of qualified providers and meeting PERS technology and security requirements.
