Description
The City of Springfield is seeking a price agreement for printing services for the Springfield Police Department. The contract will be for one year with two optional one-year renewal periods. The estimated value of the contract is $20,000 per year. The successful bidder will be required to provide printing services on an as-needed basis, including forms, booklets, postcards, and other items.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most advantageous proposal.
• The City of Springfield supports minority and women participation in all contracts, with a goal of 20% participation.
• All questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing to Carol Teixeira-Dragon by November 7, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
• The bid opening will be held on November 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
• The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
