The Dallas County Hospital District (Parkland Health) seeks a qualified contractor to fully refurbish two 300‑hp Cleaver‑Brooks steam boilers located in the hospital’s laundry department. The scope includes complete retubing, replacement of blow‑down valves, relief valves, blower motors, gas‑valve assemblies, pressure switches, and rear‑door baffle tiles, along with all related testing, documentation, and a 12‑month warranty. The bid is a single‑award, fixed‑price IFB with an extended deadline of September 1, 2026.
• Retube both boilers (≈ 175 tubes each) and perform hydrostatic testing.
• Replace valves, piping, motors, gas‑valve assemblies, pressure switches, and rear‑door baffle tiles.
• Provide detailed service reports, ASME repair tags, and a minimum 12‑month workmanship warranty.
• Must meet mandatory pass/fail technical requirements and comply with ASME codes.
