Parks and Recreation Masterplan

The City of Tucson is seeking a consultant to provide professional services for the development of a comprehensive parks system assessment, vision, and strategy for the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department. The consultant will collect and analyze data to develop a clear set of goals, policies, standards, and recommendations for Tucson's existing and future parks and recreation facilities and programs. The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive facility condition and functionality assessment, level of service analysis, and recreation program plan analysis. The consultant will also develop a community engagement plan and survey to gather input for analysis and decision-making. • Conduct a comprehensive facility condition and functionality assessment for Tucson Parks and Recreation facilities • Conduct a level of service analysis for all facilities, including an equity analysis • Develop a recreation program delivery plan • Develop a community engagement plan and survey • Provide a comprehensive parks system assessment, vision, and strategy for the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department
