Description
The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta requires professional services to perform preventive maintenance on the facility's Cooling Tower System. The contractor will be responsible for labor, tools, and materials required to carry out all preventive maintenance as outlined in the scope of work. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor must provide all materials, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance.
• The contractor must perform semi-annual and annual maintenance checks on the cooling towers.
• The contractor must provide a detailed report noting any discrepancies found with the cooling towers.
• The contractor must provide a bill of materials and price quote for any repair materials required.
• The contractor must record and report unusual dirt accumulation, formation of scale or algae.
• The contractor must perform a structural inspection and inspect spray nozzles.
• The contractor must clean all strainers and drift eliminators.
• The contractor must check for corrosion and apply protective coatings.
