RFQ for Daikin Equipment and BAC Cooling Tower Services and Maintenance at ODVA Salem Building

The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs (ODVA) is requesting a quote for maintenance and services on their recently installed new Daikin Chiller-AHU1 Condenser and BAC Cooling Tower equipment at their Salem office building. The contractor shall provide routine factory-recommended equipment maintenance, inspections, and cleaning services, as well as recommended frequencies for all services. The scope of work includes obtaining necessary permits, performing services during normal business hours, and providing warranty documentation. The contract is expected to be for a period of 5 years, with the option for annual escalation of costs.
