Broadband Conduit System Locating and GPS Services

The City of Lincoln is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive broadband conduit system locating and GPS mapping services for approximately 52 miles of existing conduit within city limits. The work includes trace‑wire installation, ground bar and rod installation, damage investigation, structure inspections, and precise GPS surveying of conduit pathways and individual structures. Contractors must handle all labor, supervision, materials, permits, insurance, and site restoration, complying with local, state, and federal regulations, and must be an approved FOP contractor prior to contract execution.
