Description
The Union Free District of the Tarrytowns is seeking a single architectural‑ and engineering‑firm team to serve as its “design‑build” partner for all current and future school‑related construction projects throughout the district. The award will cover a full suite of services—design, permitting, cost estimating, construction administration, and post‑construction reporting—across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and specialty disciplines. Vendors must submit both hourly rates and percentage‑of‑construction‑cost fee schedules, and must provide insurance and certifications as outlined.
• Scope includes design plans, specifications, building‑condition surveys, 5‑year facilities planning, weekly site visits, and construction administration (shop‑drawing reviews, change‑order approvals, etc.).
• Mandatory deliverables: original, copy and flash‑drive of the proposal, sealed envelope, and all required forms (I‑XI) with insurance certificates; no electronic/fax submissions allowed.

• Evaluation weighted 40 % experience/qualifications, 20 % ability to implement promptly, 40 % cost.
