Janitorial Services

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for its Alpha and Bravo buildings located in the Mueller Business District, Austin, Texas. The selected vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Solicitation and the Contract. The scope of work includes providing janitorial services for approximately 400,000 square feet of facilities. The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing janitorial services and at least three years of experience providing services in facilities similar in size to TRS. The vendor must also attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site walkthrough.
