Description
The Motor Vehicle Administration is seeking a contractor to provide Oracle services to upgrade four Session Border Controllers to fix a vulnerability. The contractor will need to provide a financial proposal with a price breakdown, a project plan with step-by-step procedures and timeframes, and remote access requirements. The evaluation criteria will include how well the proposal aligns with the State's requirements, the ability to respond to the bid in the specified timeframe, and the ability to perform work during specified business hours and after hours.
• The proposal must be submitted through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the products and services to be provided.
• The contractor must be able to meet the service level requirements outlined in the scope of work.
• The contractor must be able to provide a price breakdown and a project plan.
