Walk-In Freezer Furnishment & Installation

The Howard County, Maryland is seeking a qualified firm to furnish and install two walk-in freezers measuring 8’x10’x9’ with floor. The freezers will share one wall and will be installed on an existing level concrete pad inside a three-sided pole barn. The contractor will be responsible for installing wiring for condensing units, evaporator & condenser units, lights and door heaters. The contract duration is 120 days. Key points to consider: • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in commercial refrigeration. • The contractor must provide a set of complete descriptive literature with their bid. • The contractor must warranty the walk-in freezers for a period of one year from the date of delivery. • The contractor must comply with all Federal, State, and County laws, codes, and ordinances. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
