Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide statewide purchasing card and business travel card services. The contract period is for three years, and the vendor will be required to develop, implement, and administer the purchasing card program and business travel card program for the State of Missouri. The vendor will need to provide services on an as-needed basis, and the State of Missouri does not guarantee any usage of the contract. The vendor will be required to participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program and provide an annual report to the OA/DOA listing entities participating in the program and each entity's annual spend.
• The purchasing card program will be used for small and large dollar purchases.
• The business travel card program will be used for official state business-related travel expenses.
• The vendor will be required to provide a rebate calculation for the current contract.
• The vendor will be required to provide an annual report to the OA/DOA.
• The vendor will be required to participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program.
• The vendor will need to comply with the State of Missouri's Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act.
• The vendor will need to comply with the State of Missouri's requirements for services outside the United States.
• The vendor will need to comply with the State of Missouri's requirements for employee/conflict of interest.
