Description
The State of New Hampshire’s Department of Natural and Cultural Resources seeks a qualified transportation provider to deliver licensed‑bus services for international student groups traveling between lodging locations and the Cannon Mountain ski area during the 2026‑27 and 2027‑28 winter seasons. The vendor must supply buses (maximum 51 seats each), drivers, fuel, insurance and all necessary permits, and must operate within specified morning and afternoon windows, providing equipment transport when feasible. Scheduling must be submitted at least ten days in advance, and the contract runs from 1 December 2026 through 30 April 2028.
• Provide charter‑type bus service for groups of 15‑200 passengers per school, using the fewest buses possible (max 51 seats per bus).
• Operate pick‑ups between 7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m., with all work performed 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. unless pre‑approved.
• Submit a detailed daily schedule at least 10 days before each service day; no premium charges for off‑hour work; pricing must be a fixed per‑trip rate (estimated 95 trips per season).
• Maintain required insurance, licensing, and submit monthly invoices; contract may be terminated with 30‑day notice.
