Description
SEPTA is seeking qualified vendors to provide an enterprise‑wide Integrated Platform‑as‑a‑Service (iPaaS) that will enable seamless integration, automation, orchestration, and API management across its disparate transportation‑related systems. The EOI gathers technical capability and interest information to shape a future formal RFP. Vendors must demonstrate cloud‑first, scalable, secure integration capabilities and be prepared to support SEPTA’s upcoming ERP implementation and other modernization initiatives.
• Deliver a SaaS or hybrid iPaaS platform with pre‑built connectors, real‑time and batch integration, and robust API lifecycle management.
• Provide security, governance, monitoring, and high‑availability features that meet federal and state compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Offer implementation, training, and ongoing support services, plus a licensing/commercial model suitable for a large public‑transportation authority.
