STATEWIDE: Vegetarian Foods

The State of Maryland is seeking bids for the provision of vegetarian and plant-based foods to state agencies. The contract will be for a period of five years with two one-year renewal options. The successful bidder will be required to provide a variety of vegetarian and plant-based food products, including fresh vegetables, and to deliver them to state agencies as needed. The bidder must have at least three years of experience in the distribution of vegetarian food products to institutional customers and state agencies. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive bid price. • The bidder must be registered with the State of Maryland's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system. • The bidder must submit a completed bid package, including all required attachments and documents. • The contract will include provisions for invoicing, payment, and contract termination.
