The New York City Department of Social Services is seeking qualified vendors to operate and maintain approximately 94 units of emergency shelter beds for individuals and families who are survivors of domestic violence. The actual number of emergency shelter beds funded may vary based on facility configuration of proposal(s) submitted. The RFx aims to help address the need for emergency shelter beds for domestic violence survivors, particularly single adult survivors who have been consistently the largest group requesting shelter but have had the lowest successful admittances to DV shelters. • The contract service is expected to start on 7/1/2025 and end on 6/30/2030. • The estimated five-year procurement value is $20,069,646.34. • Two contracts will be awarded with a minimum of 21 beds per site. • Proposals and prequalification applications will only be accepted through PASSPort. • Organizations must have an account and an approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort to respond to this RFx.
