City of Merriam Facility Generator Replacement

The City of Merriam is seeking a qualified contractor to replace emergency backup generators at two municipal facilities – City Hall and the Police Department. The scope includes removal of existing units, supply and installation of new diesel generators, associated electrical work, site preparation, sound and vibration mitigation, and full commissioning with training and documentation. • Provide and install two new diesel emergency generators sized for current and future loads. • Perform all related civil, electrical, and mechanical work (concrete pads, exhaust, VFD, transfer switches, remote annunciators). • Conduct mandatory walk‑through on June 5, 2026; submit sealed proposals by June 12, 2026.
