Stanley Park Attraction Operator

The City of Vancouver is seeking an experienced operator to design, build (or renovate) and run a new experience‑based attraction at the historic Stanley Park Train site (and adjacent former Children’s Farmyard). The selected partner will finance the capital build‑out, deliver a high‑quality visitor experience, and operate the attraction for a ten‑year term (with possible extension), providing a revenue‑share to the Park Board. • Full‑life‑cycle responsibility – concept, design, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations. • Required financial capacity to fund the build and present a 10‑year pro‑forma with minimum annual guarantee and percentage rent. • Must address accessibility, Indigenous participation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and community value as outlined in the RFEOI questionnaire. • Opportunity includes optional site visits (primary 24 Feb 2026, secondary 9‑12 Mar 2026) and an information meeting (11 Feb 2026).
