Master Order for Electric Bus Parts and Services

Texas A&M University is seeking bids to establish a master order for electric bus parts and services. The university is looking for a vendor to provide parts and services for its campus in College Station, TX. The contract will include a master order for electric bus parts and services, with details and specifications included as an attachment in the AggieBid portal. Vendors can access these documents by logging into the portal. The university prefers that all responses to posted solicitations be submitted electronically via the AggieBid system. • The contract will require the vendor to provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and accessories. • The vendor will be expected to provide prompt service that is due under warranty. • The vendor will be required to provide descriptive literature and detailed specifications of the product offered. • The contract will include payment terms of 100% Net 30 upon receipt, installation, and acceptance of the goods and/or services and an uncontested invoice. • The vendor will be responsible for delivering the goods to Texas A&M, with all costs and responsibility for delivering the goods borne by the vendor.
