Pennsylvania Tourism Signing Trust (PTST)(Trust) - Business Manager

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking a Business Manager to provide independent oversight and engage in special projects as requested by the Pennsylvania Tourism Signing Trust (PTST) Board. The Business Manager will be responsible for administering the Logo Signing Program and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing Program, which provide public services to travelers on PA highways and advertising opportunities for PA businesses. The Trust is funded through fees collected from program participants. The selected candidate must demonstrate financial capability and experience in managing similar programs. • The Business Manager will provide independent oversight of the Trust's financial activities and interests. • The Business Manager will engage in special projects as requested by the Trust Board. • The Business Manager will administer the Logo Signing Program and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing Program. • The Business Manager will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. • The Business Manager will manage the Trust's budget and finances.
