The City of Holyoke seeks a qualified contractor to perform an interior lighting retrofit at its Police Department building. The work includes removal and environmentally‑responsible disposal of existing fluorescent fixtures, installation of ballast‑bypass LED lamps and integrated LED flat‑panel luminaires, addition of compatible wall dimmers with new control wiring, and full testing and documentation of the upgraded lighting system. This project requires compliance with hazardous material disposal regulations and delivery of close‑out documentation.
• Remove and recycle existing fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and selected luminaires.
