Description
The Comptroller of Maryland is seeking to purchase a Sulfur Analyzer to detect Sulfur content in Gasoline and Distillate. The Motor Fuel Testing Lab already has two Sulfur Analyzers and wants to add another one to more efficiently process Sulfur content. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the most favorable bid price.
• The Sulfur Analyzer should be able to detect Sulfur content in Gasoline and Distillate.
• The contract will be for a one-time purchase.
• The Comptroller of Maryland reserves the right to cancel the IFB or reject any and all bids.
• The Bidder must be registered on eMMA to receive a contract award.
• The Bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract.
