Lab Supplies

The Texas Department of Public Safety is requesting pricing for lab supplies. The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document and expires one year from that effective date. The contractor must provide lab supplies as described in the Mandatory Pricing Schedule. The contractor must also comply with all requirements of the contract, including insurance requirements and HUB subcontracting plans. • The contractor must submit pricing within the table provided in the Mandatory Pricing Schedule. • The contractor must provide information about its financial resources and ability to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all state HUB requirements and submit a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan. • The contractor must provide notice to all subcontractors of their selection as a subcontractor for this contract. • The contractor must submit a transition plan upon request by DPS.
