Description
The Gadsden Independent School District is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide executive and leadership coaching for its Superintendent, executive cabinet, principals, assistant principals, and central‑office directors. The work includes one‑on‑one virtual coaching, facilitation of leadership retreats or strategic planning sessions, and organizational consultation, totaling an estimated 500 hours per year with up to six onsite meetings. The contract is initially for one year with optional three‑year renewals, and proposals must be submitted in hard‑copy and on a USB drive by August 19, 2026.
• Individualized executive coaching for the Superintendent (≈ 50 hrs) and cabinet members (≈ 155 hrs)
• Leadership coaching for principals, assistant principals, and directors (≈ 250 hrs)
• Four full‑day group/cohort workshops and two onsite strategic‑planning sessions (≈ 45 hrs total)
• Required submission of a 30‑page technical narrative plus a separate cost proposal; three professional references; and adherence to district insurance, background‑check, and confidentiality requirements.
