Multi-Temperature Water Chiller

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is seeking a vendor to provide a Multi-Temperature Water Chiller. The chiller should meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The vendor should provide a detailed, unpriced technical quote accompanied by a capabilities statement. The quote should include lead time for each part, drawings or specifications if quoting a "like item", and a complete list of supplies as required by the SOW. The vendor should also provide a price breakdown for each part listed in the SOW. • The chiller should be new, and no refurbished or used parts will be accepted. • The vendor should have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. • The Government intends to make an award based on a Best Value determination. • The evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Delivery Capacity, and Price. • The vendor should submit their quote in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet, or Adobe PDF. • The quote should include the vendor's point of contact name, email address, and phone number, as well as their business size for the NAICS code listed above.
