Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking proposals for General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) support services. The contractor will provide support for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command located on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The scope of work includes providing technical approach, staffing, and experience in GFEBS support. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base year and four option years.
• The contractor must have at least 7 years of experience in the use of GFEBS transactions related to the seven core GFEBS functionalities.
• The contractor must provide a proposed company organizational chart, including proposed personnel and resumes for key personnel.
• The contractor must submit a price proposal in an Excel format, including a narrative and supporting documentation to establish price reasonableness.
• The contractor must comply with the limitation on subcontracting clause, which requires that not more than 50% of the contract performance be subcontracted to non-similarly situated entities.
