Description
The Brookhaven National Laboratory is soliciting quotes for a Confocal Super Resolution Microscope. The microscope should have true confocal point scanning with a tunable white light laser excitation source, broadband spectral detection, and multiple independently configurable detection channels. It should also have FLIM/FCS functionality and super-resolution performance, including 2D and 3D STED nanoscopy. The instrument should operate within a unified software environment and have a robust instrument service engineer network in the United States. The offeror should have previous experience fabricating and testing super resolution optical microscope systems and have a robust Quality Assurance program.
Some key features of the job include:
• Providing all labor, services, materials, and equipment in accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order/Contract
• Furnishing a complete quotation, including the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet
• Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) database
• Completing the Small Business Subcontracting Plan, if applicable
• Providing a summary of the local network of service engineers having experience with instruments similar to this design
• Providing documentation of certification of ISO 9001, a similar industry standard certification, or details of their Quality System
