RFP 99-25 The RIDE Access Center ("TRAC")

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is seeking a contractor to provide services for The RIDE Access Center (TRAC). The RIDE is a paratransit service that provides door-to-door transportation to eligible customers. The contractor will be responsible for managing the TRAC, which includes handling customer calls, scheduling trips, and providing customer service. The contractor will also be responsible for managing the TRAC's staff and facilities. • The contractor must have experience in managing a call center and providing customer service. • The contractor must have experience in managing a staff and facilities. • The contractor must be able to provide services 24/7. • The contractor must be able to handle a high volume of customer calls and trips. • The contractor must be able to provide services in accordance with the MBTA's policies and procedures.
