Description
This is a Sources Sought notice requesting capability statements from firms that can provide technical refresh, program management, license maintenance, hardware devices, equipment, training, programming, testing, system installation/removal, and related services for the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) Lenel OnGuard electronic security system. The contractor must support multiple Navy detachments across the southeastern United States, delivering all personnel, tools, parts, and equipment needed for maintenance, installations, or removals as required. The effort is intended to sustain the existing security infrastructure and ensure continuous operational support for the FLCJ security department.
• Provide comprehensive support for Lenel OnGuard hardware and software (card readers, cameras, controllers, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance, non‑emergency repairs, emergency services, and new‑work upgrades per the draft Performance Work Statement.
• Submit a capability statement, company details, and all SBA socioeconomic certifications by the response deadline.
