Description
The National Radiation Oncology Program (NROP) is seeking a follow-on contract to sustain and enhance support for the Health Information Gateway and Exchange (HINGE) platform, cybersecurity/authority to operate (ATO) support, community care dashboard development and expansion, therapeutic medical physics services for Radiotherapy Incident Reporting and Analysis System (RIRAS), ongoing professional practice evaluations (OPPE) data management and user support, retrospective clinical data extraction from clinical notes, and implementation of HINGE templates. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis due to the unique qualifications required.

• Development and sustainment of the HINGE platform
• Cybersecurity/ATO support

• Retrospective clinical data extraction from clinical notes

The incumbent contractor has successfully managed the services for over ten years and has developed the foundational platforms and infrastructure in partnership with the VA.
