Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals for Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) to increase the competitiveness of employers and improve the skills of their existing workforce. The IWT program must meet specific requirements, including mitigating the impact of layoffs and providing industry-recognized training experience. Employers must have been in operation in Georgia for at least 12 months, have at least 5 full-time employees, and meet other eligibility requirements.
