Group Life Insurance

The U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa is seeking an insurance company to provide Group Life Insurance for approximately 1,018 locally employed staff. The contract will be a fixed-price with an economic price adjustment requirement, and the premium rate will be in USD, per one thousand dollars of annual salary. The premium covers life insurance, accidental death, dismemberment insurance, and partial and total disability coverage. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. • The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. • The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. • All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. • The Offeror shall include Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance premium costs covering employees. • Quotations must be submitted electronically in two separate folders (Financial vs Technical) to [email protected].
