The Columbus Police Department is seeking to procure three rugged 14‑inch Dell notebooks configured with the Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA) III software, plus a USB microphone system, and to deliver a CVSA Certified Examiners training course for up to twelve participants. The hardware must be supplied without Wi‑Fi capability and include a three‑year Dell Pro‑Support package. The contract is funded through the Ohio Equitable Sharing Program and requires the vendor to have no outstanding findings with the Ohio State Auditor.
