Migration of GIS Data from ESRI Geometric Network to ESRI Utility Network

New Braunfels Utilities is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide all labor, material, and equipment needed to assist in the migration of Geographic Information System (GIS) data from an ESRI Geometric Network (GN) to an ESRI Utility Network (UN). The successful respondent will provide the services to ensure the migration is performed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry best practices. The project will be executed in three phases: Planning and Assessment, System Configuration and Data Migration, and Deployment and Training. Key services include performing the migration and installation, developing and deploying an implementation plan, assisting with the configuration and deployment of the UN, and providing training for NBU staff. Some key points to consider: * The current GIS is the source of truth for most of NBU’s assets and is integrated with various systems. * The GIS data is structured within an ESRI GN, which limits NBU’s ability to leverage modern GIS tools and functionalities. * The migration to the ESRI UN will enable improved data management, analysis, and operational workflows. * The project requires a complete upgrade and migration from the current ArcGIS and ArcFM Desktop environment to ArcGIS Pro. * The successful respondent will provide support during and after installation of ArcGIS Pro. * The project includes configuration and deployment of the UN, platform integrations, and training for NBU staff.
